TROY MAYER, EXECUTIVE Director

Troy came to Greater Northwest EMS in  May of 2014 from the West Central Region Community where he had been a Paramedic, Firefighter, and Sheriff’s Deputy. Troy’s EMS experience includes serving as an Paramedic for 15 years, with ten of those years as Paramedic Manager.  He has served for over 20 years as a local Volunteer Firefighter.  He continues to serve as a Sheriff’s Deputy with 16 years of experience.  In 2014 he was introduced to the regional EMS systems by serving on the board of Greater NWEMS. Troy’s hobbies include hunting, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family.

Lisa Burlage, Office Manager

Lisa began employment with Greater Northwest EMS in October of 1999. She has seven years experience as a volunteer firefighter, as well as six years as an EMT-Basic on a volunteer service. She is a also a Registered Nurse at Bemidji State University. Lisa also owns a grant writing business, Rath Writing Services.  Lisa’s hobbies include home improvement projects, gardening, sewing and time on the lake.
