Bill is an EMT-B with Blackduck Ambulance. Bill is a CPR Instructor for both the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross and is a DOT certified EMS Instructor. He is the current President of the North Country First Responders and a volunteer firefighter with Alaska Volunteer Fire Department.
He has three boys and enjoys photography, reading and teaching.
